RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

■ Returns & Exchanges Criteria ■

  • We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, color, or pattern. We are unable to accommodate exchanges for different items at this time.
  • All return/exchanges must be received back to MUSE by RIMO within 30 days of the original shipment date.
  • All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and smoke-free condition.
  • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Sale merchandises, accessories, undergarments, jewelry, hats, greeting cards, underwear and bodysuits cannot be returned.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value will not be exchanged or receive refund.
  • Gifts may be returned for store credit only.
  • All items must be returned with their original tags, accessories, and packaging (including removable belts, straps, brooches, etc.).
  • Bathing suits must be returned with their hygienic liner.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

■ Returns & Exchanges Details ■

  • We will email you once your return or exchange is processed. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange for it to be processed.
  • Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or store credit.
  • The buyer is responsible for ALL SHIPPING FEES. Original, return and exchange shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We will send you your new exchange item with complimentary standard shipping.

■ Terms & Conditions ■

  • We inspect all returns/exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial, store credit, and a 20-50% restocking fee.
  • Please consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return/exchange package as MUSE by RIMO is NOT responsible for lost return packages without tracking information.
  • By purchasing from MUSE by RIMO online store, you accept these terms and conditions.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  • Review our criteria above and make sure the items are eligible for a return.
  • Fill out the Returns and Exchanges Form that was included with your order. If you did not receive your returns/exchanges form, please let us know and we will happily provide it for you or download a general form here: Returns and Exchanges Form. Include the form in a securely sealed package along with your item(s)
